 At Sparkle & Shine we always ensure your home is ready and sparkling for your end of tenancy or sale. We offer a free of charge return where any issues arise within 7 days of clean. All end of lease and pre-sale cleans require a 25% deposit to secure booking, this is non refundable where booking is cancelled by customer all remaining amounts are due 24hrs before clean date.

End of lease & pre sale cleans do not include garage clean, this can be arranged as an added extra seen below. We understand that not all pre-sale and vacate cleans require top to bottom cleaning, ask us about our other packages to suit your cleaning needs.

Please note: Where inspections are completed by real estate after 7 days extra charge for return clean will be sent. Minimum call back charge $150
